Coaching with Hayley has been an invaluable process. Stepping into your first leadership role is an unnerving experience that really tests your skills and resilience. Coaching helped me develop my personal style and strength to become an effective leader, however it was Hayley's style in particular that I valued - fostering trust and openness that was more impactful than I expected. Hayley's programme with the committee had an immediate effect on the group in terms of their recognition of what skills they already had both individually and as a group and how they could develop these skills to lead and scrutinise effectively. It had helped them grow into a very cohesive, supportive and well-functioning group. This has enabled them to further develop the business.
